Job Details: Part-Time

Pay: $15/ Hour + 20% Commission

Shift and Schedule: Weekends, Weekdays, 8+ hour shifts

Kanga Coolers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Person to join our Events team! You will be responsible for locating, securing, and running events in your respective city.You will be responsible for setting up a booth activation at events in your city, working behind the booth, and selling the Kanga product(s) and the Kanga dream!We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, motivated, and creative for this position. Someone who is willing/ able to locate new events, communicate/ coordinate with the event, and secure a spot to set up at. You will need to be comfortable working independently and also with a team. You will need to be extremely punctual and on time for these events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Attendees: Actively approach trade show attendees, introduce them to our products, and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of our products, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Sales: Utilize strong sales techniques to encourage purchases, including handling transactions, processing payments, and managing inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report attendee feedback on products and presentations to inform future sales strategies and product developments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or a related customer-facing role (experience in trade shows or events is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to perform well in fast-paced environments and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours throughout the trade show, including setup and breakdown.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a bonus.
