Kanga Product Reviews
Cooler arrived quickly and perfect. Used it last weekend and it kept my drinks cold for the entire round
good except that the cooler looks more brown than orange. I was hoping it was more like the picture.... a bit brighter actual orange...possibly try neon orange. Thank you
Everything concerning the delivery of my cooler was outstanding. Havent had the chance to use it as yet but hopefully that will change soon.
Requested a replacement strap from my order, quickly shipped out and arrived promptly.
Merchandise arrived on timeIm impressed on quality and durabilityI like it.
Totally Awesome!!!!!!!!!
I ordered the golf bag kanga cooler, that fits right in the side of the golf bag. Everyone loved it, I will be ordering more of these
Used it for the first time today. Worked great and would recommend buying this.
Great product! I ordered for my husband to use for his golf outings. He loves it!!! The first on arrived promptly but had a small damaged spot. (Not their fault) I sent an email and got a super quick response. I am so impressed with the product and level of customer service provided! I highly recommend.
Ordered for my Newly Released NEBCO Sea Hag IPA 12 packs! Special Cooler for our BEER! #haggettes
I absolutely love these Kanga coolers! I ordered two as Christmas gifts for my college-age kids, and they loved them so much they immediately bought two more to give to their friends. Such a great idea for college students who dont always have easy access to ice...these keep drinks cold for a good while. The quality is excellent and the design is super functional. Highly recommend!
Gifted it for a white elephant gift for Christmas and so many people loved it, especially the person who got it as a gift. Now I need to buy one for my husband!
Love love our Kanga cooler we got for Christmas!!!! The cans slid so easily into the cooler and stay cold perfect enough to drink all!!!!
It was great!
You can slide 2 frost bars in and keep you beverage colder longer!
Thank you
Feel like all the cold leaks out from the side flap when opening and closing. Not as cold as I thought the drinks would be and we used a frozen cold packs as well.
A very easy to use, super functional and neat cooler! Perfect fit for 12 packs and keeps my cervezas nice and refreshing!
Had a great experience with this company. I was helped by a great service department It was sent as a gift that my brother loves.
This is my second time ordering. These coolers are great for on the go.
We havent actually tried the cooler yet. That being said I was disappointed with the shipping of this item. It was ordered in time to arrive before Christmas, but did not arrive. When checking shipping it made its way to Maine but then went back to Connecticut, New Jersey, and back, still never arriving to me.
Once I filed a complaint with kanga and usps, it magically arrived at my house the next day. Which is quite confusing, considering it said it was in New Jersey.
I love the product. However, respectfully, the customer service is a bit rough. I mistakenly purchased the incorrect item with insurance but the item I received was not what I presume it had mentioned on the site. I spoke with rep but rep insisted I would have to ship and wait for exchange. If Im paying insurance I believe we should still have the correct item exchanged without having to wait for the returned item. That alone unfortunately made my decision to no longer purchase within the site.
I pulled this cooler out of the package and said, yeah, right. Well, I used it New Years Eve, only had four drinks in it, not a whole 12-pack. Forgot and left it in the truck, warm Florida weather. Two days later pulled it out of the truck and the drinks were cold to the touch. Not cold enough to drink right out of the cooler, but still cold to the touch.
So, I am a believer! It really does work! No ice needed! Now just have to figure out a way to fit it in my saddle bag to take on my all day horse trail rides.
Need a smaller six pack one!
Our second Kanga and we love it. Works as advertised and my wife loves the color.
I love how truly it keeps the beer cold like it just came out of a refrigerator without having to pack face packs in there .
I purchased a Kanga cooler as a Christmas gift for my husband and was initially very pleased with the size and overall capacity. Unfortunately, the zipper design has made the cooler extremely difficult to use.
The zipper has not unzipped smoothly a single time since purchase. I have tried common zipper fixes (lubrication, careful alignment, slow operation), but the problem persists. It frequently catches and requires excessive force to open.
Beyond general inconvenience, this raises a serious concern. If this cooler were being used to transport refrigerated medications that needed to be accessed quickly in an emergency, the zipper design could pose a real safety issue.
At this price point, I expected much better functionality.
Cooler arrived on time and works like it said it would. Really like it!
Highly recommended!!! Fast delivery. Works great. I waited a year to order and now that I've used it don't know why I waited.
