As the Head of Fulfillment at Kanga Coolers, your core duty will be to take full ownership of our fulfillment operations. At a high level, this role will entail managing the warehouse, coordinating all inbound/outbound shipments, tracking inventory, improving processes, and leading a team ranging from other employees to seasonal workers. We're seeking someone who has passion in logistics, organization, and working with others on one of the most important operations in our business. You will be taking what we've built thus far and having the freedom to overhaul our systems, physical layout, and various processes, among other things, to run an efficient fulfillment operation.

• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensuring SOPs are up-to-date and being used 
• Overseeing inventory tracking and accuracy
• Solving a wide-range of operational challenges
• Delegating tasks to a warehouse team
• Seeking out inefficiencies and finding solutions
• Staying current on and implementing best practices
• Assisting in inventory forecasting
• Attending management meetings
