As the Events Manager at Kanga Coolers, your core duty will be to own the road, event and activation space. We are looking for someone to be a “Road Warrior” and attack 15-25 trade shows over the span of 12 months. This will result in roughly 90-120 days on the road attending a variety of events including trade shows, events, concerts, boat shows and more. At a high level, this role will lead the charge from the top to bottom on all things event-related.

• Own the event space
• Book all shows months in advance and coordinate all logistics associated with the show, for all parties attending. This includes the physical booth, booth location, electrical, travel, transportation, order forms, handouts and more
• Organize the support personnel, whether that be someone internally from the Kanga team or a 3rd party company
• Execute a successful event and track the following metrics: traffic, impressions, revenue, leads and more. Present this information to the team upon your return to office
• Understand the short and long term ROI impacts of B2B shows vs DTC shows, and adapt accordingly
• While not on the road, support the sales and marketing teams with various projects

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
