The Kase Mate is a patented, insulating sleeve designed to wrap around a cold case of your favorite beverages – keeping them cold for up to 7 hours without the ice! They come in 6-pack, 12-pack and 24-pack sizes and hold an assortment of cans.
Of course it does! In fact, the 7 hours claim isn't even ours... we sent it to a third-party testing facility to get tested under various, controlled conditions, and that's the number they came back with.
While there are scenarios that may affect the performance of the Kase Mate, we offer the following advice to get best experience:

Keep your Kase Mate in the shade when possible
Throw a frozen ice pack in the Kase Mate with your drinks
The Kase Mate is specifically designed to perfectly wrap around a 12-Pack or 24-Pack case of standard 12 oz can beverages - but each size may be capable of carrying other items, but advertised fit and performance is not guaranteed.
12-Pack Kase Mate: A regular 12-pack of standard 12 oz can beverages (such as Bud Light® or La Croix®) fit perfectly, but this Kase Mate can also fit a 12-pack of tall/skinny cans (such as Michelob® or White Claw®) or a 6-pack of bottled beverages fairly well.
24-Pack Kase Mate: A regular 24-pack of standard 12 oz can beverages (such as Bud Light®) or two 12-pack long soda packs (such as Coca-Cola®) fit perfectly, but this Kase Mate can also loosely fit an 18-pack case of beverages.
We do not offer personalized Kase Mates at this time. If you would like to add a personal touch to your Kase Mate, we recommend contacting a local embroidery shop to add your name, initials, or logo - the top flap is the perfect location for this! Please contact us hereif you have any questions.

Taxes are only charged to orders being delivered to addresses within South Carolina. All orders delivered to addresses outside of SC will not be charged any sales tax.
Per South Carolina state law, we are obligated to collect SC sales tax at check out, which is automatically calculated by adding the base state sales tax rate (6.00%) plus an additional municipality tax rate (0-3%) - so your total sales tax can range from 6-9% depending on your location.
The first thing we recommend doing is to check with all members of your household (or front desk if in a housing complex) to see if they accepted the package on your behalf. Also, take a look around your property - it may have been placed in an unusual location when it was delivered.
